MOQs vary by product. Paper bags start as low as 250 units (plain) and 1,000 units for printed versions. Cups, deli paper, napkins, and PET cups have higher MOQs depending on size and printing requirements.

What's the timeframe for production and shipping?

Production varies depending on the product, but it might vary between typically takes 3-9 weeks.

We offer shipping nationwide across the entire U.S. through our trusted logistic partners, offering parcel, less-than-truckload (LTL), and full truckload options.

For customers in South Florida, we also provide local delivery using our own fleet of trucks for quicker and more convenient service.


Do you offer free samples?

Yes. You can request a free sample of the product you plan to order so you can test quality, printing, and materials before placing your full order.

I don’t see the size or product I need, can you customize it?

Yes. We offer 100% custom-made solutions. Just request a quote and our team will help you create the exact packaging you need.

Can I order bags or cups without printing?

Yes. Many of our bags are available plain (no print) with lower MOQs and shorter lead times.

What printing options do you offer?

We offer digital, flexo, and post-print depending on the product and quantity. Options include plain, 1-color, 2-color, or 3+ colors for paper bags, and up to 6 colors for cups.

Can I upload my own artwork or logo?

Absolutely. You can upload your artwork through our mock-up tool or during checkout. We accept most file formats, and our team provides design support if needed.

What is your return or refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Duties & taxes are non-refundable.
