How long does production and delivery take?

Production typically takes 3–5 weeks for paper bags and deli paper, and 7–9 weeks for custom cups (paper or PET). Shipping times depend on location and method.

Do you offer free samples?

Can I order bags or cups without printing?

Yes. Many of our bags are available plain (no print) with lower MOQs and shorter lead times.

What printing options do you offer?

We offer digital, flexo, and post-print depending on the product and quantity. Options include plain, 1-color, 2-color, or 3+ colors for paper bags, and up to 6 colors for cups.

Can I upload my own artwork or logo?

Absolutely. You can upload your artwork through our mock-up tool or during checkout. We accept most file formats, and our team provides design support if needed.

Where are your products made?

All custom printing is Made in the USA, ensuring premium quality and faster turnaround times.

What is your return or refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
